Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

For U.S. addresses, most items are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in about three to ten business days.

P.O. Boxes
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only.

We do ship internationally, but unfortunately at this time we are not accepting online orders outside of the United States. But feel free to email or call to place an order to ship outside the U.S. Note: payment must be in U.S. Dollars.

If we cannot fulfill your order, please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot ship the item you originally ordered, call (917) 449-2041 and we will assist you by suggesting similar products.

 Gift Wrapping
 When you shop at, all gift wrapping is free. If gift wrapping is requested, the item is wrapped in a glossy white box with a gold ribbon and bow. Please specify on your order that you require gift wrapping.

 If you would like to return an item because you are not completely satisfied, you can do so within two weeks of the purchase date. To return an item, please follow the mailing directions below, and we will credit your account for the cost of the item as soon as we receive it.

We cannot accept a returned item with any sign that it has been used. Please indicate if you would like to credit your card (to the original credit card only) or an item exchange. We do not absorb shipping costs if you are exchanging or returning an item, unless it was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item. Please verify your name and shipping address. Please pack and seal items you are returning securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid. Wrap all items securely, using great care, with additional padding or cartons. Extraordinary* is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit, so you may want to insure your return.

Gift Returns
 If the item was shipped as a gift, we can issue a gift card or a credit for the recipient to receive a replacement item. They can go on-line to view other items and we can assist them in their selection.

All credit card refunds will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles, about one month for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in shipping, we will replace it. First call (917) 449-2041 to discuss it. Then send the item back to us and we will refund your shipping charges. Shipping charges will be refunded if the item was damaged in shipping, or the incorrect item was received.
